Förstudiens projektmål är att utvärdera förutsättningarna för att etablera en testbädd inom områdena materialvetenskap och kemi i regionen. Detta kommer göras genom att utföra en kartläggning, att arbeta fram en skiss på hur testbädden kommer se ut, samt att utveckla att samverkansavtal med identifierade samverkansparter. Målgruppen är både näringsliv och lärosäten för att bjuda in och uppmärksamma förstudiens resultat, och fördelarna med att näringslivet och lärosäten samverkar och tillsammans utnyttjar labb. Några företag kommer att väljas ut för att ingå i testbäddsutvecklingen, och ge feedback på den skissen. Förstudien avser att utveckla förutsättningarna i ett kommande genomförandeprojekt. (Swedish)

The pre-study’s project goal is to evaluate the conditions for establishing a test bed in the areas of materials science and chemistry in the region. This will be done by conducting a survey, drawing up a sketch of what the test bed will look like, and to develop that collaboration agreements with identified collaborators. The target group is both industry and higher education institutions to invite and draw attention to the results of the feasibility study, and the benefits of the business community and higher education institutions working together and utilising labs together. Some companies will be selected to be included in the test bed development, and give feedback on that sketch. The feasibility study intends to develop the conditions for an upcoming implementation project. (English)
