Dans le cadre du chantier d'insertion, l'action menée comporte deux volets : **\- l'encadrement technique** : l'objectif pour la personne salariée est de retrouver un emploi afin de s'insérer professionnellement en retrouvant des règles de vie sociales (ponctualité, respect des consignes, travail d'équipe, respect de la hiérarchie) et professionnelles (appliquer des consignes, développer des compétences, s'impliquer dans un travail) **\- l'accompagnement social et professionnel** : tout au long de son parcours au sein du chantier d'insertion, la personne salarié est accompagnée dans ses démarches afin de lever certains freins périphériques à l'emploi (problèmes de santé, mobilité, logement, budget, etc.), de trouver un projet professionnel cohérent et mettre en place les démarches nécessaire afin d'accéder à ce projet (formation, stage, immersion). De plus, divers ateliers sont menés tout au long de l'année (cuisine, couture, bricolage en vue de ventes spéciales) ainsi que des informations collectives sur la consommation, le budget et les administrations, dans le but de favoriser la communication, la compréhension, l'autonomie et l'épanouissement du participant. In the context of the integration process, the action carried out has two components: **\- technical guidance**: the objective for the employed person is to return to a job in order to integrate professionally by finding social rules (onctuality, compliance with instructions, teamwork, respect for the hierarchy) and professional (implementing instructions, developing skills, getting involved in a job) **\- social and professional support**: throughout his or her career at the integration site, the employee is accompanied in his or her steps in order to remove certain peripheral barriers to employment (health problems, mobility, housing, budget, etc.), to find a coherent professional project and to put in place the necessary steps to access this project (training, internship, immersion). In addition, various workshops are conducted throughout the year (kitchen, sewing, DIY for special sales) as well as collective information on consumption, budget and administration, with the aim of fostering the participant’s communication, understanding, autonomy and development.
