    Le projet vise l’accompagnement de demandeuses d’emploi pour favoriser leur retour à l’emploi, rétablir l’égalité des chances face à l’insertion professionnelle et participer la lutte contre la féminisation de la pauvreté. Dans ce cadre, des partenaires locaux (CIDFF, relais départementaux de la DRDFE, associations, …) pourront contribuer à « sourcer » les femmes visées par le projet, et, en fonction des besoins, intervenir en cours d’accompagnement pour répondre à un besoin non couvert par l’offre de services de Pôle emploi. Ces actions seront construites sur la base des diagnostics locaux partagés avec les acteurs du territoire.     The project aims to support women job seekers in order to promote their return to employment, to restore equal opportunities in the face of occupational integration and to participate in the fight against the feminisation of poverty. In this context, local partners (CIDFF, DRDFE departmental relays, associations, etc.) will be able to contribute to “source” the women targeted by the project, and, depending on the needs, intervene during support to meet a need not covered by the provision of Pôle emploi services. These actions will be built on the basis of local diagnostics shared with local stakeholders.
