Et de manière progressive un bouquet de services : - numériques de la collectivité et d'autres origines. Afin de suivre et de gérer les demandes et les échanges des usagers, un « portail agent » sera un outil quotidien de Gestion de la Relation Usager pour les agents de la collectivité. (French)
