Le projet de protection dunaire et communication est porté par la commune de Longeville sur Mer en tant que chef de file d’une opération collaborative avec les communes de Jard sur mer et Saint Vincent sur Jard. Il consiste en la pose d’équipements de protection des dunes pour limiter les phénomènes d’érosion, éviter leur piétinement et favoriser leur ré-ensablement. Ces équipements s’accompagnent de la mise en place de panneaux de communication pour sensibiliser le public au rôle de ces dunes. Le projet vise ainsi la protection des populations contre le risque de submersion marines. (French)

The project of dunnial protection and communication is carried out by the municipality of Longeville sur Mer as the leader of a collaborative operation with the municipalities of Jard sur mer and Saint Vincent sur Jard. It consists of the installation of protective equipment for the dunes to limit erosion phenomena, prevent their trampling and promote their re-sanding. This equipment is accompanied by the setting up of communication panels to raise public awareness of the role of these dunes. The project aims to protect populations from the risk of marine submersion. (English)
