Il s'agit de la réhabilitation énergétique des 19 logements de la résidence les quatre Routes à Saint Romans (26). Ses 2 bâtiments ont été construits en 1985, et rachetés à la SCIC Rhône-Alpes en 2010. Les travaux réalisés sur l'enveloppe et les installations techniques ont pour objectif d'améliorer de manière exemplaire le confort thermique des occupants, et plus largement leur qualité de vie. This is the energy rehabilitation of the 19 dwellings of the residence the four Routes in Saint Romans (26). Its 2 buildings were built in 1985, and purchased from SCIC Rhône-Alpes in 2010. The work carried out on the envelope and the technical installations aims to improve the thermal comfort of the occupants in an exemplary manner and, more broadly, their quality of life. (English)
