Notre projet s'adresse aux allocataires du RSA prescrits par les structures d'accompagnement du Val-de-Marne, relevant du périmètre "droits et devoirs" ou publics bénéficiant d'un accompagnement formalisé en Espaces départementaux des solidarités (EDS), ou les jeunes de 18 à 25 ans prescrits par les structures d'accompagnement social et professionnel du Val-de-Marne. Tous ces participants doivent être résidents du Val-de-Marne. Nous allons porter particulièrement notre attention, parmi ce public, sur ceux qui ont besoin du permis de conduire pour évoluer dans leur parcours socio-professionnel. Ces participants peuvent bénéficier des services de la plateforme de mobilité Wimoov. En complément de ces services, notre action aura pour but de créer un dispositif propre aux personnes cumulant des difficultés sociales, linguistiques, cognitives et financières bloquant un projet professionnel qui nécessite la possession du permis de conduire. Ce projet est inspiré du dispositif déployé sur la plateforme Wimoov en 2017-2018. Cependant, cette proposition est innovante dans le sens où elle s'adresse à un autre type de public, à savoir les personnes ayant besoin d’être accompagnées dans la réalisation de leur projet mais ne rencontrant pas de difficultés spécifiques d’apprentissage : il s'agit du parcours "coup de pouce". Le parcours "coup de pouce" comprend un diagnostic qui permet de valider les critères ci-dessus et la motivation des candidats, un atelier mobilité permettant de valider la motivation et les aspects administratifs des candidats, et une phase d'apprentissage chez un professionnel sous-traitant, dont une partie des coûts sont pris en charge dans le cadre du présent projet. Le reste des coûts d'apprentissage sont à la charge du participant. Un second parcours est proposé, le parcours "global". Il comprend également un diagnostic qui permet de valider les critères ci-dessus et la motivation des candidats, une phase composée de **plusieurs** ateliers permettant de confirmer cette motivation et de valider l'assiduité des candidats, et une phase d'apprentissage, d'accompagnement et de suivi. L'apprentissage est réalisé chez un professionnel sous-traitant et l'accompagnement et le suivi sont mis en oeuvre par l'équipe de Wimoov. L'objectif du projet est d'amener 90 participants au permis de conduire, soit 45 par parcours. Néanmoins, en raison de la notion de parcours, nous estimons à 300 le nombre de personnes pouvant être prescrites sur le projet. (French)

Our project is aimed at the beneficiaries of the RSA prescribed by the support structures of Val-de-Marne, falling within the scope of “rights and duties” or public benefiting from formalised support in departmental areas of solidarity (EDS), or young people between 18 and 25 years of age prescribed by the social and professional support structures of Val-de-Marne. All these participants must be residents of Val-de-Marne. We will focus our attention, among this audience, on those who need a driver’s licence to evolve in their socio-professional careers. These participants can benefit from the services of the Wimoov mobility platform. In addition to these services, our action will aim to create a system specific to people combining social, linguistic, cognitive and financial difficulties blocking a professional project that requires possession of a driving licence. This project is inspired by the system deployed on the Wimoov platform in 2017-2018. However, this proposal is innovative in the sense that it is aimed at another type of audience, i.e. people who need to be accompanied in carrying out their project but who do not encounter specific learning difficulties: this is the “kick of thumb” course. The “kick-up” course includes a diagnosis that validates the above criteria and the motivation of the candidates, a mobility workshop to validate the motivation and administrative aspects of the candidates, and a learning phase with a subcontracting professional, part of which is covered by this project. The remaining costs of learning are borne by the participant. A second path is proposed, the “global” course. It also includes a diagnosis that validates the above criteria and the motivation of the candidates, a phase consisting of **several** workshops to confirm this motivation and validate the attendance of the candidates, and a phase of learning, coaching and follow-up. The learning is carried out at a sub-contracting professional and the support and follow-up is carried out by the Wimoov team.
