Cette opération consiste en l'amélioration thermique de 36 logements à Remiremont - Tranche 9 - Bat F1-F2 Ce quartier situé derrière l'hôptal comporte 4 bâtiments. Il est proche du centre ville et de ses commandités. 2 bâtiments ont déjà été isolés en 2013. Cette opération permet de finaliser le quartier. Les objectifs recherchés sont les suivants: - Diminution des charges des locataires - Apporter un surplus de confort en supprimant les parois froides - s'assurer d'une bonne ventilation des logements - redonner de l'attractivité aux bâtiments (French)
