Le bâtiment de la mairie de Plan, située dans l’Isère, abrite les services administratifs, les archives et la salle du Conseil notamment. Il est devenu aujourd’hui un outil inadapté aux besoins de la population, et à l’exercice des missions communales. Il n’existe pas d’espace de confidentialité, certains bureaux sont partagés et les rencontres associatives sont tenues faute de place dans une grande salle des fêtes (engendrant une grande dépense énergétique eu égard à la superficie des lieux). Le personnel communal en charge de l’entretien ne dispose pas, quant à lui, de local technique. L’édifice est jugé vétuste, exigu, non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite et très énergivore. L’isolation thermique est peu performante et le chauffage fonctionne au fioul. La commune a donc décidé de construire un nouveau bâtiment plus spacieux, fonctionnel et moins énergivore. (French)

The Plan Town Hall building, located in Isère, houses administrative services, archives and the Council Chamber in particular. It has now become a tool that is not adapted to the needs of the population, and to the exercise of communal tasks. There is no room for confidentiality, some offices are shared and associative meetings are held for lack of space in a large party hall (which generates a great energy expense in terms of the area of the premises). The municipal staff in charge of the maintenance do not have a technical room. The building is considered outdated, narrow, not accessible to people with reduced mobility and very energy-intensive. Thermal insulation is low and heating works on oil. The municipality therefore decided to build a new, more spacious, functional and less energy-efficient building. (English)
