Ce projet concerne la construction d’un équipement public qui contribue à l’offre de service pour la population du quartier prioritaire des Pradettes inscrit au contrat de ville de Toulouse Métropole. Le centre d’animation permettra aux associations de proposer des animations culturelles et l’accueil jeunes aura pour vocation d'être un lieu de vie, de socialisation, d'échange, de rencontre entre jeunes mais aussi entre jeunes et professionnels.
