Principal point d’entrée et de sortie de marchandises du territoire, le Grand Port Maritime de la Guadeloupe est un des acteurs économiques incontournable du territoire. Par cette opération, le Grand Port Maritime souhaite continuer sa politique de modernisation, la mise à niveau et l’extension des grandes infrastructures. La modernisation des infrastructures portuaires constitue une priorité du SRIT. Ce qui implique une augmentation des activités liées au trafic de transbordement, un accroissement du trafic fret maritime, l’augmentation dans la zone Caraïbes du passage de très grands navires,… Cette demande de subvention est en fait la suite de l'opération "Accueil des navires de 2800 EVP au port de Jarry" menées sur la précédente programmation. The main point of entry and exit of goods from the territory, the Grand Port Maritime de la Guadeloupe is one of the main economic players in the territory. Through this operation, the Grand Port Maritime wishes to continue its policy of modernisation, upgrading and extension of major infrastructure. The modernisation of port infrastructure is a priority of SRIT. This entails an increase in transhipment-related activities, an increase in maritime freight traffic, an increase in the passage of very large vessels in the Caribbean area... This grant application is in fact a follow-up to the operation “Accueil des Vessels of 2800 TEUs at the Port of Jarry” carried out on the previous programming. (English)
