Les opération concernant le domaine pour les travaux d'aménagement et de valorisation se présentent par une première phase faisant suite à la réhabilitation du clos et du couvert des bâtiments et d'une seconde phase comprenant les travaux de sécurisation des bâtiments, de création de zone de détente, amélioration des conditions d’accueil, remise à niveau des logements de résidence d’artistes, protection de ruines et vestiges et revêtement de cheminements piétons. The operations in the field for the development and upgrading work take place in the first phase following the rehabilitation of the enclosure and the roof of the buildings and a second phase comprising works to secure the buildings, the creation of a relaxation zone, improvement of reception conditions, upgrading of artist’s residence dwellings, protection of ruins and remains and covering of pedestrian pathways.
