    L'opération de réhabilitation thermique des résidences Brel & Simons situées dans le quartier Pacot - Vandracq portée par la SA d'HLM Vilogia vise à améliorer l'isolation thermique et le confort des logements pour les habitants et permettra une diminution des consommations de chauffage. Ces deux bâtiments datent de 1965. Ce programme de travaux associé à la certification NF Habitat HQE permettra le passage du Cep de 237 kWhep/m².an (classe E) à 65 kWHEP/m² (classe B).     The thermal rehabilitation operation of the Brel & Simons residences located in the Pacot — Vandracq district carried out by HHLM Vilogia SA aims to improve the thermal insulation and comfort of the dwellings for the inhabitants and will allow a reduction in heating consumption. These two buildings date back to 1965. This work programme combined with the NF Habitat HQE certification will allow the Cep from 237 kWhep/m².year (Class E) to 65 kWhEP/m² (Class B).
