La Sarl PROSERV, société du Groupe Pierre MARIE-JOSEPH (GPMJ) a pour activité principale « prestations de services de centres d’appels, télésurveillance et téléassistance ». Les clients potentiels sont principalement les administrations, les établissements bancaires, la grande distribution, les associations, les TPE ou les particuliers. Les objectifs visés dans le projet " consolidation informatique de la plate-forme informatique de PROSERV" résultent d'un audit. Cette Société sous-dimensionnée, aux dires de l'étude, ne peut plus répondre à la demande du marché toujours grandissante. L’objectif de sa demande de subvention FEDER est de réaliser une montée en gamme de son outil informatique et téléphonique, afin d’atteindre un niveau de sécurisation optimum des données de ses clients. Les conclusions de l'audit, préconisent ce qui suit : -Acquérir une infrastructure haut de gamme -Acquérir des serveurs garantissant la traçabilité des informations stockées -Mettre en place des anti-virus plus performant -Mettre en place un système de sauvegarde des données (French)

Potential customers are mainly government, banking, retail, associations, TPEs or individuals. The objectives of the project “Computer consolidation of the ProServ IT platform” are the result of an audit. This undersised company, according to the study, can no longer meet the ever-growing market demand. The objective of its ERDF grant application is to scale up its computer and telephone tool in order to achieve an optimal level of security of its customers’ data. The audit conclusions suggest that: —Acquire a high-end infrastructure -Acquire servers guaranteeing traceability of stored information -Building more efficient anti-viruses -Building a data backup system (English)
