La communauté d’Agglomération du Beauvaisis (CAB) a souhaité mener une réflexion sur la réalisation d’une ZAC (Zone d'Aménagement Concerté) multi-sites sur 6 friches industrielles présentes sur Beauvais afin de les résorber. Un site sera finalement retenu pour la création de la ZAC de 40 ha à proximité du centre-ville, de la gare et du quartier St Jean (quartier prioritaire ayant bénéficié de l’ANRU 1). Elle comprend notamment 2 friches industrielles d’un total de 20 ha : Bosch et de la Brosse et Dupont. Principes retenus d’intervention sur cette ZAC : •Construire aux alentours de 700 logements en maisons de ville et petits collectifs sur 10 ans •Utiliser une partie de l’espace pour la création d’un Pôle d’Echange Multimodal. Les 2 projets sont menés en simultané. •Obtenir le label éco quartier •Aménager une promenade en bord de cours d’eau, protéger les zones humides et la biodiversité •Dépolluer le site •Maintenir une activité économique (French)

The Community of Agglomeration du Beauvaisis (CAB) wanted to conduct a reflection on the realisation of a multi-site ZAC (Concerted Planning Area) on 6 brownfields present on Beauvais in order to absorb them. A site will finally be selected for the creation of the 40 ha ZAC near the city centre, the train station and the St Jean district (priority district benefiting from ANRU 1). It includes 2 brownfields of a total of 20 ha: Bosch and Brush and Dupont. Agreed principles for intervention on this CAZ: •Build around 700 dwellings in townhouses and small collectives over 10 years •Use part of the space for the creation of a Multimodal Exchange Pole. Both projects are carried out simultaneously. •Obtaining the eco-neighborhood label •Building a walk along waterways, protecting wetlands and biodiversity •Depolluting the site • Maintaining an economic activity (English)
