Le projet consiste en la construction d’un bâtiment à vocation économique sur le Parc d’activités AEROMIA situé à Romilly/Seine. Ce bâtiment est composé de 4 cellules pour une surface totale de 681.48 m² équipées chacune d’un bureau et de sanitaires, et disposant d’aires de parking et de livraison nécessaires. Une cellule de 143.38 m² sera mise à disposition d’un cabinet de géomètre par contrat de crédit-bail. Les 3 autres cellules (149.45 m² + 192.60 m² + 196.05 m²) seront louées à des entreprises souhaitant s’implanter sur la commune ou développer leur activité. Elles accueilleront des activités économiques diverses mais non industrielles. La demande FEDER ne concerne donc que les 3 cellules en location, une clé de proratisation surface a été appliquée sur les offres de marchés. (French)

The project consists of the construction of an economic building on the AEROMIA activity park located in Romilly/Seine. This building is composed of 4 cells for a total area of 681.48 m² each equipped with an office and sanitary facilities, and with parking and delivery areas necessary. A 143.38 m² cell will be made available to a surveyor’s firm by leasing agreement. The other 3 cells (149.45 m² + 192.60 m² + 196.05 m²) will be rented to companies wishing to establish themselves in the municipality or develop their business. They will host various but non-industrial economic activities. The ERDF request therefore only concerns the three rented cells, a surface pro rata key has been applied to the contract offers.
