Today Normandy is positioned as the first French region for the production of Renewable Marine Energy (EMR), wind and hydrolian, thanks to the development of offshore wind farms. The NEPTUNE project is part of the development of national and international academic research on EMR by treating the entire development catne of the EMR, in the mechanical, aerodynamic, hydrodynamic, electrical and control fields.The first phase of this project, called NEPTUNE 1 and presented here, concerns the realisation of three wind, hydro and electrical generation platforms.
