Le chantier d'insertion "Les Ateliers ESTIM", situé en zone rurale sur la commune de Montbizot dans la Sarthe, vise à accompagner vers l'insertion professionnelle des publics bénéficiaires du Revenu de Solidarité Active et des jeunes 16-25 ans le plus souvent très éloignés de l'emploi. Il est . En 2016, Estim bénéficie d'un agrément pour 32 postes (19 ETP) soit 57 participants dont : * 43 bénéficiaires du RSA * 14 jeunes accompagnés par la mission locale dans le cadre du CIVIS ou de l'ANI. Le dossier présenté en 2016 se propose, grâce à l'intervention du FSE de conserver la qualité de l'encadrement existant en réalisant un accompagnement soutenu des participants. De plus, l'optimisation de l'organisation des intervenants (encadrants techniques et accompagnatrice socio professionnelle) permet de dynamiser la progression des participants. Ainsi, l'accompagnement des salariés en CDDI sera assuré par **** 3 encadrants techniques (3 ETP) et une accompagnatrice socio professionnelle (0,9 ETP). Le temps de travail de ces 4 salariés permanents sera totalement dédié à l'opération. Sur le plan quantitatif, la structure vise 63 % de sorties positives dont 17 % en emplois durables (CDI, CDD de plus de 6 mois, contrats de professionnalisation, création d’entreprise, entrée dans la fonction publique), 20 % en emploi de transition (CDD de moins de 6 mois, missions intérimaires, contrats aidés hors IAE) et 26 % en autres sorties positives (contrat dans une autre structure de l’IAE, formations qualifiantes). The integration site “Les Ateliers ESTIM”, located in rural areas in the municipality of Montbizot in the Sarthe, aims to support the professional integration of the public benefiting from the Income of Active Solidarity and young people 16-25 years of age most often far from employment.
