Portée par la région ile-de-France, le marché PPSMJ (Personnes Placées Sous Main de Justice) a pour objet la réalisation d'actions de formation destinées aux personnes détenues au sein des établissements pénitentiaires franciliens. Il s’agit d’un marché de formation professionnelle alloti mono attributaire lancé en 2016 pour un total de 1094 participants. Les actions de formation de la période initiale démarreront au plus tôt le 1er juillet 2016 et au plus tard, 3 mois avant la date anniversaire de la notification. Le délai maximal d’exécution (réalisation des actions de formation) est de 16 mois. Soit du 01/07/2016 au 30/11/2017 Ces actions visent à favoriser la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle des publics bénéficiaires tout en concourant à promouvoir, lorsque cela est possible, la construction de parcours « milieu fermé - milieu ouvert ». Les actions de formation proposées ont une visée certifiante dans les secteurs suivants: alimentation, bâtiment, coiffure/esthétique, communication, culture, électricité, électrotechnique, espaces verts, hôtellerie - restauration, hygiène - cadre de vie, logistique, mécanique, textile et vente. The purpose of the PPSMJ (Persons Placed Under Hand of Justice) contract is to carry out training activities for persons detained in the penal institutions of France, which is supported by the region of Ile-de-France. This is an alloti single-contracted vocational training contract launched in 2016 for a total of 1094 participants. Training actions for the initial period shall start no earlier than 1 July 2016 and no later than 3 months before the anniversary date of the notification. The maximum time limit for execution (implementation of training activities) is 16 months. Or from 01/07/2016 to 30/11/2017 These actions aim to promote the social and occupational reintegration of the beneficiary public while helping to promote, where possible, the construction of ‘closed — open environment’ routes. The training measures proposed have a certifying purpose in the following sectors: food, building, hairdressing/aesthetics, communication, culture, electricity, electrotechnical, green spaces, hotels — catering, hygiene — living environment, logistics, mechanics, textiles and sales.
