The target group under the Rules of Procedure for the 2014-2020 — ROP WW-M competition is 120os (70K, 50M) wishing to start a business (DG), above 29 (i.e. from the 30th birthday), belonging to one of the following groups: — unemployed, -inactive/inactive; particularly vulnerable situations on the labour market, i.e. that meet one of the following conditions: People over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (i.e. the low-skilled). Pro.is intended for target groups residing within the meaning of the Civil Code, comprising the following districts: carbonate, giżycki and piki. The project aims to increase entrepreneurial mindsets and skills and create 108 new DGs in 120 physical (70K, 50M) above 29. unemployed, inactive/inactive in the case of hardship in the following districts: carbonate, giżycki, piski wg.CC. The objective of the headline increase in entrepreneurship and the improvement of the DG’s establishment by means of verification of the suitability for establishment and business idea (item 1), providing assistance and advisory support (2), providing financial support for the start-up and running of business (3) and financial and specialised bridging support (4) for 108os (63k, 45M) until 30.09.2021. Grupą docelową zg.z Regulaminem konkursu i SzOOP RPO WW-M na lata 2014-2020 jest 120os(70K,50M) zamierzających rozpocząć prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej(DG), w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż (tj. od dnia 30 urodzin), należące do jednej z następujących grup: -osoby bezrobotne, -osoby nieaktywne/ bierne zawodowo; znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. os.spełniające jeden z poniższych warunków: - osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, - osoby niskowykwalifikowane (tj. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach). Proj.jest skierowany do grup docelowych zamieszkujących – w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego – obszar obejmujący powiaty: węgorzewski, giżycki i piski. Celem projektu jest wzrost postaw i umiejętności przedsiębiorczych i powstanie 108 nowych DG wśród 120 os.fizycznych(70K,50M) powyżej 29 r.ż zamierzających rozpocząć prowadz.działalności gospodarczej, należące do jednej z następujących grup: os.bezrobotne, nieaktywne/ bierne zaw, znajdujących się w szczeg.trudnej syt. na r.pracy zamieszkujących powiaty: węgorzewski, giżycki, piski wg.przepisów KC. Cel główny-wzrost przedsiębiorczości i lby założonych DG zrealizowany poprzez weryfikację predyspozycji do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej i pomysłu biznesowego(zad.1), udzielenie pomocy szkoleniowo-doradczej(zad.2), przekazanie wsparcia finansowego na rozpoczęcie i prowadzenie własnej działalności(zad.3) i wsparcie pomostowe finansowe i specjalistyczne(zad.4) dla 108os.(63K,45M) do 30.09.2021r. Rezultatem proj będzie: 1) powstanie 108nowych DG(63K,45M) 2) utworzenie 112 miejsc pracy(65K,47M) 3) utworzenie DG w obszarze inteligentnych specjalizacji WWM (Polish)
