In the framework of the Proj. Apart from lessons and talents, they will take part in teaching and teaching activities, targeting natural, linguistic and mathematical objects. In addition, 54 teachers/students will receive training, school staff will be equipped with teaching aids to acquire and develop skills through an experiment. The main results achieved in the framework are: • the number of UCZ who acquired the key competences after leaving the programme — 90 % of 380, or 342• the number of schools in which the workers concerned are making use of the additional education system. — 3• the number of teachers qualified or acquired after leaving the programme — 52 (95 % of teaching staff covered by proj). Tasks: 1 Acquisition of equipment for natural workers and ICT 2 Support for teachers 3 Concepts of additional teaching and compensatory teachers — Workshop 4 Workshop organised outside the development of key competences of 5 (English) | |||

Cel główny to poprawa jakości kształcenia w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów (UCZ) 3 szkół podst. z Gminy Bisztynek poprzez działania zmierzające do wykształcenia u min. 90% z 380 uczniów (190 dziewcząt, 190 chłopców) kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 54 nauczycieli (44 nauczycielki, 10 nauczycieli), zwiększenie wiedzy 380 rodziców (190 K) nt. wsparcia kompetencji klucz. dzieci oraz doposażenie 3 szkół w okresie od 01.08.2019 do 28.02.2021. Proj jest skierowany do gr doc z woj. warm.-maz. – 380 uczniów/czennic (UCZ, 190 kobiet - K) oraz 54 nauczycieli (44 K) z następ. SP z Gminy Bisztynek: • Szkoła Podstawowa im. Ziemi Warmińskiej w Bisztynku (SP Bisztynek, SPB) • Szkoła Podstawowa im. Polskiego Towarzystwa Leśnego w Grzędzie (SP Grzęda, SPG) • Szkoła Podstawowa im. Marii Konopnickiej w Sątopach (SP Sątopy , SPS). W ramach proj. UCZ wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno - wyr., dodatk. org. poza lekcjami – rozwijających zainteresowania i uzdolnienia, nakierowanymi na przedmioty przyrodnicze, językowe i matematyczne. Ponadto 54 nauczycieli/ek weźmie udział w szkoleniach, pracownie szkolne zostaną wyposażone w pomoce do nabywania i rozwijania umiejętności przez eksperyment. Główne rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba UCZ, którzy nabyli kompetencje klucz. po opuszczeniu programu - 90% z 380, czyli 342 • liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prow. zajęć eduk. – 3 • liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifik. lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 52 (95% nauczyc. objętych proj). Zadania: 1 Zakup wyposażenia dla pracowni przyrodniczych i ICT 2 Wsparcie dla nauczycieli 3 Zajęcia dodatkowe dydaktyczno - wyrównawcze – warsztaty 4 Warsztaty organizowane poza lekcjami z zakresu rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych 5 Indywidualizacja pracy z uczniami ze specjalnymi potrzebami 6 Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe 7 Wsparcie stypendialne.
