Celem proj. jest uzyskanie komp. kluczowych na rynku pracy 60 (35K,25M) uczniów SP w Radziejach i 60 (28K,32M) uczniów SP w Węgielsztynie,a w tym zwiększenie możl. rozwoju uczniów ze specyf. trudnościami w nauce (25uczniów (15K,20M) z SP w Węgielsztynie oraz 22uczniów (8K,14M) z SP w Radziejach). Dążąc do osiągnięcia celu będą realiz. szkolenia dla nauczycieli-skorzysta z nich 7 (6K,1M)43% n-li SP w Radziejach i 7 (4K,3M)41% n-li SP w Węgielsztynie (w ramach typu proj. 1.3-2 n-li ukończy studia podyplomowe - 1 os. z Logopedii,1 os. z Autyzm,Pokrewne zaburzenia Rozwoju i Oligofrenopedagogika oraz 2 n-li ukończy szkolenia z pracy z uczniem met.Montessori. W ramach typu proj. 1.1 -10 n-li ukończy szkolenia z Robotyki). W ramach typu projektu 1.2 zostaną przeprow. zajęcia dla uczniów - projekty przedmiotowe kształtujące kreatywność i umiej.pracy w zespole - Mali badacze, Młodzi odkrywcy, Projekt dziennikarski, Jęz-teatralny, krajoznawczy, jęz-krajoznawczy, teatralny oraz Czary-mary w kuchni, warsztaty dla uczniów z doradztwa zawodowego, robotyki oraz warsztaty język. w formie kolonii, w ramach typu projektu 1.3 zajęcia specjal. z logop., psycholog. oraz zajęcia korekc.-kompensacyjne dla uczniów klas I i IV-VI i uczniów z niepełnospr. W ramach typu projektu 1.3 zostaną również doposażone szkoły w pomoce dydakt. i specj. sprzęt. Najbardziej z projektu skorzystają uczniowie i ich rodzice poprzez możliwość rozwoju uczniów, dzięki dostępowi do oferty zajęć pozalekcyjnych, które będą dostosowane do ich indywidual. potrzeb. W ramach projektu nauczyciele podniosą swoje kompetencje zawodowe i zyskają dodatkowe kwalifikacje uczestnicząc w studiach podyplomowych. Natomiast uczniowie zyskają możliwość rozwijania swoich zainteresowań oraz otrzymają zajęcia dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb. Real.proj. jest zgodna z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju.
