The main aim of the project is to raise the key and relevant attitudes and skills in the labour market: creativity, innovation and team work in 90 % of students: 121oS. (58Dz and 63ch), including 45h. (20Dz, 25ch) with special needs of education. 13 persons (11K, 2M) and parental support, i.e. 20 (15 K, 5 M) from Frombork school by 30.06.2020 Delivery will result in a sustainable result for m. in:ucz, will develop their key skills, which will help to improve their capacity and average of the province of success of the region. The target group is 134Dz, 70ch, including 45off. (20Dz, 25ch) from the special needs. education, and 13teachers (11K, 2M) SP in Frombork. The main tasks of proj: education and training for learners in key areas (b) creating the conditions in schools for experimental science through implementation. Schools Post.w ICT tools. This will be done by developing key students including experimental studies, ICT activities, and training for n-li. The facilities will be equipped with the necessary equipment to drive modern, innovative activities and will be equipped with a set of subjects. The equipment of schools in ICT equipment and subjects is complementary to the addition of pupils and the upgrading of the n-of ICT equipment. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie komp. kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętn. na rynku pracy: kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej u 90% uczniów tj. 121os.(58dz i 63ch), w tym 45ucz. (20dz,25ch) ze specjalnymi potrzebami eduk. poprzez realizację zajęć dodatk., oraz podniesienie komp. zawodowych przez 100% nauczycieli tj. 13 osoby(11K,2M) i wparcie rodziców tj. 20 os. (15 K, 5 M) ze Szkoły Podst. we Fromborku terminie do 30.06.2020r. Dzięki realizacji proj.zostaną osiągnięte trwałe rezultaty m.in:ucz. rozwiną swoje komp.kluczowe, co przyczyni się do podniesienia ich umiej. i średniej woj. ze zdawalności egzam. zewn., a także zaprocentuje w przyszłości, kiedy znajdą się na rynku pracy,n-le dzięki szkoleniom będą realizować zajęcia nowocz. metodami również po zakończeniu proj., a szkoły zostaną dopos. w nowy sprzęt, dzięki któremu zajęcia będą atrakcyjniejsze, zachęcające uczniów do nauki. Grupa docelowa to 134ucz.(64dz,70ch) w tym 45ucz.(20dz,25ch) ze specj.potrzeb.eduk, oraz 13nauczycieli (11K,2M) SP we Fromborku. Główne zadania proj: a) zajęcia dod. kształt. komp.klucz. uczniów i szkolenia dla n-li z kom.kluczowych b)tworzenie w szkołach warunków do naucz. eksperymentalnego poprzez realiz.zaj. dla ucz. z przedm.przyr.i matem, szkol.dla n-li w zakresie naucz.metodą eksperym, oraz wyposaż. w/w szkół w sprzęt i pomoce dyd. c) wsparcie narzecz zwiększ. wykorzystania TIK w procesie nauczania poprzez zajęcia dla ucz, szkolenia dla n-li oraz wyposaż. Szkoły Podst.w narzędzia TIK. Realizowane będą zaj. rozwijające komp. kluczowe uczniów w tym nauka metodą eksperymentu, zajęcia z TIK, oraz szkolenia dla n-li. Szkoły zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych zajęć oraz doposażone zostaną pracownie przedmiot. Wyposażenie szkół w sprzęt TIK i pracownie przedmiot. jest komplementarne z zaj. dodatk. dla uczniów oraz doskonaleniem n-li. Proj. będzie realizowany w w/w szkołach w okr.01.09.2018-30.06.2020r.
