NewIisKome2020 -hankkeen tärkeimpinä tavoitteina on nostaa Iisalmen tehtaan tuotantokapasiteetti ja joustavuus uudelle, kasvua ja kansainvälistymistä edistävälle, tasolle. Tavoitteena on myös parantaa globaalia kilpailukykyämme tuotannon virtauttamisella sekä digitaalisen tilaus-toimitusketjun toiminta- ja hallintamallin kehittämisellä. Tärkeänä osana NewIisKome2020-hankkeella on tukea Haapajärven KOME Oy:n konsernitasoisen NewKome2020-kehittämisohjelman kokonaisvaltaista toteuttamista. (Finnish)

The main objectives of the NewIisKome2020 project are to raise the production capacity and flexibility of the Iisalmi plant to a new level that promotes growth and internationalisation. The aim is also to improve our global competitiveness through the flow of production and the development of the operating and management model of the digital order-supply chain. An important part of the NewIisKome2020 project is to support the comprehensive implementation of Haapajärven KoME Oy’s corporate-level NewKome2020 development programme. (English)
