Hankkeessa parannetaan yrityksen valmiuksia tuotekehitykseen, markkina-alueen laajentamiseen ja toiminnan tehokkaaseen ohjaukseen. Toimenpiteitä ovat henkilöresurssien kasvattaminen, toiminnanohjauksen kehittäminen ja markkinointistrategian luominen vientimarkkinoiden kehittämiseksi. Hankkeen tuloksena yrityksen liikevaihto kaksinkertaistuu, henkilöstömäärä kasvaa ja viennin osuus kasvaa merkittävästi. (Finnish)
