Hanke kokoaa seudulla olevat neuvonta- ja koulutuspalvelut alle 3-vuotiaiden yritysten tueksi. Kohderyhmästä tunnistetut kasvuhaluiset yritykset ohjataan niille räätälöityihin palveluihin. Koko kohderyhmälle tarjotaan neuvontaa ja valmennusta yrityksen taloushallintoon, markkinointiin ja työnantajana toimimiseen liittyen. Hankkeen tuloksena seudun nuoret yritykset ovat löytäneet työkaluja ja verkostoja toimintansa tueksi sekä julkisille yrityspalveluorganisaatioille on luotu toimintamalli tämän kohderyhmän palveluiden järjestämiseksi. The project will bring together advisory and training services in the region to support companies under 3 years of age. Companies that want to grow, identified from the target group, are directed to tailored services. The entire target group is offered advice and coaching on the company’s financial management, marketing and acting as an employer. As a result of the project, young companies in the region have found tools and networks to support their operations, as well as an operating model for public business service organisations to organise the services of this target group.
