L'opération d' "Accueil, orientation, accompagnement renforcé des participants du PLIE dans la mise en oeuvre de leur parcours d'insertion professionnelle " consiste à mettre à disposition des participants, 1 référente unique. Cet accompagnement individualisé et renforcé se veut de proximité en centre ville d'Agen. Il prend en compte la globalité de la situation de la personne. Pour se faire, la référente s'appuiera sur les principes de l'INSUP sur la notion d'accompagnement basés sur : \- **_Une dynamique permanente_** : recherche d'emploi, de formation, participation à des prestations \- **_L'exploitation du réseau partenarial_** : les acteurs de l'insertion sociale, de l'insertion par l'économique, les entreprises et groupements partenaires, d'une base de données Entreprises Insup « Artis » \- **_L'individualisation_** : tous les participants n'ont pas les mêmes situations de vie et donc pas les mêmes besoins \- **_L'évaluation_** : au terme de chaque étape mise en place et ajustement des étapes suivantes projetées \- **_L'organisation, la coordination, le suivi_** avec les organismes de formation, les entreprises, les institutionnels de l'insertion sociale, les partenaires du PLIE. \- **_L'accompagnement vers et l'emploi, le suivi et le maintien dans l'emploi_** : formation de la personnes aux techniques de recherche d'emploi, recherche d'emploi, positionnement sur des offres par la référente, accompagnement physique aux entretiens de sélection si nécessaire, suivi téléphonique durant le contrat, rendez-vous tri partite avec l'employeur et le participant sur le lieu de travail pour le maintien dans l'emploi. The “Home, Guidance, Enhanced Support for PLIE participants in the implementation of their career path” consists of providing participants, 1 single reference. This individualised and reinforced accompaniment is intended to be close to the city centre of Agen. It takes into account the overall situation of the person. To do so, the reference will be based on the principles of insup on the concept of support based on: \- **_A permanent dynamic_**: job search, training, participation in benefits \- **_The operation of the partnership network_**: the actors of social inclusion, economic integration, partner companies and groupings, of a database Insup Enterprises “Artis” \- **_individualisation_**: not all participants have the same life situations and therefore not the same needs \- **_Evaluation_**: at the end of each stage set up and adjusting the following planned steps \- **_Organisation, coordination, follow-up_** with training organisations, enterprises, social inclusion institutions, PLIE partners. \- **_support towards and employment, monitoring and retention in employment_**: training of persons in job search techniques, job search, positioning on offers by reference, physical support for selection interviews if necessary, telephone follow-up during the contract, tripartite appointment with the employer and the participant at the workplace to maintain employment.
