MISSION LOCALE POUR LES JEUNES PAU PYRENEES

En premier lieu, il s'agira d'établir un diagnostic partagé avec les acteurs repérés, si le jeune est accompagné par d'autres structures et de proposer un parcours individualisant répondant aux problématiques rencontrées par le jeune. L'accompagnement comporte une alternance d'ateliers collectifs et d'entretiens individuels. Les actions collectives sont les suivantes et décrites dans les fiches actions idoines : \- Action mobilité \- Action Image en plus \- Action Mieux communiquer \- Action un plus vers l'emploi \- Action Santé \- Action Clés de la citoyenneté \- Action Acquisition de compétences informatiques \- Action Budget/Ressources \- Action Droits et obligations \- Action Représentation de l'emploi / Mon projet Ces actions collectives permettront : \- d'une part de mettre en exergue et de valoriser les points forts et les compétences du jeunes acquises dans l'action mais aussi ceux qui relèvent de la sphére associative et des expériences non professionnelles. A ce titre, l'outil TCC permettra de valoriser les compétences du jeune tout au long de son accompagnement, -d'autres parts de questionner toutes les sphères de la vie du jeune qui mettent en échec son insertion professionnelle : apparence physique, gestuelle, expression orale, représentations du monde du travail, ses droits et obligations ...Tous ces champs font partie intégrante de l'insertion sociale et professionnelle, l'insertion sociale étant au service de l'insertion professionnelle. Notre action vise l'autonomie du jeune au service de l'insertion professionnelle. Nous solliciterons également les services existants de la Mission Locale, comme l'Espace Métiers d'Aquitaine, Le Réseau de Parrainage, La fabrique à Projets (accompagnement aux créateurs d'entreprises), le service Formation, la psychologue, la médiation logement, le Bureau Information Jeunesse... In the first place, it will be a question of establishing a diagnosis shared with the actors identified, if the young person is accompanied by other structures and to propose an individualised pathway responding to the problems encountered by the young person. The accompaniment involves alternating collective workshops and individual interviews. The collective actions are as follows and described in the relevant action sheets: \- Action Mobility \- Action Image in addition \- Action Better communicate \- Action more towards employment \- Action Health \- Action Keys to citizenship \- Action Acquisition of computer skills \- Action Budget/Resources \- Action Rights and obligations \- Action Representation of employment/My project These collective actions will: \- on the one hand to highlight and value the strengths and skills of young people acquired in the action, but also those which fall within the scope of the association and non-professional experiences. As such, the TCC tool will make it possible to enhance the skills of the young person throughout his or her accompaniment, -other parts of the young person’s life questioning all spheres of the young person’s life that put his or her professional integration at risk: physical appearance, gesture, oral expression, representations of the world of work, its rights and obligations...All these fields form an integral part of social and occupational integration, social integration being at the service of occupational integration. Our action aims at the autonomy of young people in the service of vocational integration. We will also request the existing services of the Local Mission, such as the Espace Métiers d’Aquitaine, The Network of Sponsorship, The Factory à Projets (accompanying the creators of companies), the Training department, the psychologist, the housing mediation, the Youth Information Office...
