The object of the project is the construction of a cycle path in the area of the no-action railway line Szczytno-Biskupiec in the Municipality of Szczytno and Szczytno. The project is designed to: — construction of a bi-directional cycle path — 3.0 m -m-long cycle lane, — two crossings of embankments in km 6 + 650,50 and km 7 + 760,50 have a surface of broken aggregates — maintenance of green, ditches and embankments along the path and along the path — outside the bicycle path to the surface of tar weights and on the shoulders of grasslands and trees free of shrubs and trees, provide strips of sills for each other, which are covered by gardening and aesthetics. The renovation of the road viaduct at km 6 + 482 — the renovation of the steel viaduct at km 7 + 671 — the construction of a bicycle for cyclists — the area where cyclists are operated consists of shelters, 2 waste bins, racks for 12 pieces of bicycles, tables and benches, and the information board. The phases of the implementation of the project: — making a request for the signing of a contract for the award of the contract to the contractor and selecting the contractor in accordance with the PZP, to conclude the contract with the contractor and start the work, in accordance with the planned timetable, to promote the project -project completion and to sign the final protocol to clear the project for the implementation of the material scope: — signature of contract — implementation of works/implementation — final acceptance and signature of prot. the project is part of the assumptions set out in the ROP WWM ROP 2014-2020, implementing the 6 thematic objective: Preserving and protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency, investment priority 6c — Conservation, conservation, promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa ścieżki rowerowej na obszarze nieczynnej linii kolejowej Szczytno-Biskupiec na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Szczytno i Gminy Szczytno. W ramach projektu zaplanowano: - budowę ścieżki rowerowej dwukierunkowej – pas jezdny o nawierzchni bitumicznej szerokości 3,0 m, - wykonanie dwóch zjazdów z nasypów w km 6+650,50 i w km 7+760,50 -zjazdy posiadają nawierzchnię z kruszywa łamanego - konserwację zieleni, rowów i przepustów pod nasypem i wzdłuż ścieżki - poza ścieżką rowerową o nawierzchni z mas bitumicznych i poboczami trawiastymi pasami wolnymi od krzewów i drzew, przewidziano pasy zieleni obustronne, podlegające konserwacji ogrodniczej i estetyzacji. - remont wiaduktu murowanego w km 6+482 - remont wiaduktu stalowego w km 7+671 - budowę miejsca obsługi rowerzystów - miejsce obsługi rowerzystów składa się z wiaty, 2 koszy na śmieci, stojaków dla 12 szt. rowerów , stołu i ławek, oraz tablicy informacyjnej. Etapy realizacji projektu: -złożenie wniosku o do?nansowanie -podpisanie umowy o do?nansowanie -wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z PZP -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z założonym harmonogramem -promocja projektu -zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego -końcowe rozliczenie projektu Sposób wdrażania zakresu rzeczowego: -podpisanie umowy -realizacja prac/wdrożenia -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WWM 2014-2020 realizując założony cel tematyczny 6: Zachowanie i ochrona środowiska oraz promowanie efektywnego gospodarowania zasobami, Priorytet inwestycyjny 6c – Zachowanie, ochrona, promocja i rozwój dziedzictwa naturalnego i kulturowego.
