Teollisuustaito Oy kehittää kokemusperäiseen tieto-taitoon perustuvan teollisten tuotantolaitosten henkilöstön ja prosessiturvallisuuden toimintamallin. Mallissa rakennetaan valmiudet kehittyneisiin perehdytys ja työnopastuskäytäntöihin, prosessin turvallistamiseen, työterveyden ja suojainmatriisien operatiiviseen suorittamiseen. Mallissa luodaan myös tuotantolaitosten tarvitsemat dokumentaatiopohjat ja toimintamallit. Aineisto kootaan sähköiseen muotoon ja on siten sovellettavissa prosessiteollisuuden käyttöön eri teollisuuden alan toimijoille. (Finnish)

Teollisuustaito Oy develops an operating model for industrial production plant personnel and process safety based on experience-based know-how. The model builds the capabilities for advanced induction and guidance practices, process safety, operational performance of occupational health and protective matrices. The model also creates the documentation bases and operating models required by the production plants. The material is collected in electronic form and is therefore applicable to the use of the process industry for various industrial operators. (English)
