Concepts support the productivity of companies and the well-being of all personnel by developing the business and service design of intangible services and products through customer-oriented co-development in networksThe results are reflected in 1) ready-made concepts for enterprises that support adaptation to the changing business environment, 2) network-like co-development models in service design 3) improved well-being of all the company’s employees. The above-mentioned changes will contribute to the potential of micro and small enterprises to improve operational productivity. In addition, the project results in a process model for individual entrepreneurial support for single and small entrepreneurs, which is utilised for business development in companies more widely. TavoitteetHankkeen tavoitteena on 1) tunnistaa yritysten kehittämis-, osaamis- ja kohtaamistarpeet sekä edistää pienten yritysten verkostojen kehittymistä, jotta ne voivat yhdessä vastata asiakkaiden tarpeisiin palvelumuotoilun keinoin, 2) tuottaa mikro- ja pienyrityksille yksilöllistä, prosessimaista yrittäjätukea sekä ennakoivia yrittäjä-/yrityslähtöisiä palveluja, jotka auttavat yrittäjiä ja heidän henkilöstöään toimimaan yhteiskunnallisessa murroksessa, 3) kehittää konseptiaihioista pilotoinnin ja kokeilujen kautta palveluita yksilölliseen yrittäjätukeen ja 4) luoda yksilöllisen yrittäjätuen prosessimalli laajemmin hyödynnettäväksi.Toiminta Toiminta kohdistuu yksin- ja pienyrittäjiin ja heidän henkilöstöönsä. Hankkeeseen rekrytoidaan 50 yritystä eri toimialoilta. Hankkeessa kehitetään yksilöllisen yrittäjätuen prosessimallia yksin- ja pienyrittäjille, jonka osana testataan kolmea yksin- ja pienyrittäjätukea tarjoavaa palvelukonsepti-aihiota eteenpäin valmiiksi konsepteiksi –osaamisklinikka, yrittäjäluotsi ja minicamp. Hankkeessa edistetään yritysten tuottavuutta ja työhyvinvointia verkostoissa tapahtuvan palvelumuotoilun avulla, joka osaltaan tukee paikallisen elinkeinorakenteen kestävää kehittämistä. Yksilöllisen yrittäjätuen prosesseissa edistetään luonnonvarojen käytön kestävyyttä. Konseptien avulla tuetaan yritysten tuottavuutta ja koko henkilöstön hyvinvointia kehittämällä liiketoimintaa ja aineettomien palveluiden ja tuotteiden palvelumuotoilua asiakaslähtöisellä yhteiskehittämisellä verkostoissaTulokset Tulokset näkyvät 1) yrityksille suunnattuina valmiina konsepteina, jotka tukevat sopeutumista muuttuvaan liiketoimintaympäristöön, 2) verkostomaisina yhteiskehittämisen toimintamalleina palvelumuotoilussa 3) parantuneena yrityksen koko henkilöstön työhyvinvointina. Edellä mainitut muutokset edistävät mikro- ja pienyritysten mahdollisuuksia toiminnan tuottavuuden parantamiseen. Lisäksi hankkeen tuloksena on liiketoiminnan kehittämiseen yrityksissä laajemmaltikin hyödynnettävä Yksilöllisen yrittäjätuen prosessimalli yksin- ja pienyrittäjille. (Finnish)
