The project involves carrying out the work of thermal moderation in accordance with the structure of the structure. (Annex 5 to the proposal). The scope of the project includes insulation: longitudinal sides of a building, costume over the last floor, basement floors, basement floors, window pads, windows in the laundries and drying rooms, cutting walls with empty glass in staircases, replacing the door to an energy-efficient shell., renovating the walls of the building, replacing the plate of coated sheets, replacing the one selected from the plate of coated sheets, replacing one selected roof plate, forming one of the walls with silicon paints, finishing out frames, fitting with a motion sensor, lifting frames with a motion sensor — 36, the execution of the electrical installation. 54 points. The project will contribute to solving all identified key stakeholders’ issues in the project area. Works to start? 2018 and end? 2019 The project will be implemented by an experienced team comprising the cooperative’s employees of: the project manager, chief accountant, for the supervision of the technical implementation of the investment, shall be met by the President of the cooperative, who has a technical university degree in the field of civil engineering. In the 1st quarter of the year The works on the works covered by the project were notified in 2017. In the 1st quarter of the year 2018 will be selected a contractor for the construction works. The project is part of the SzocOP ROP WiM 2014-2020, directly for the purpose of sub-measure 4.3.2: Increased energy efficiency in residential buildings. The project will increase the energy efficiency of the building by saving heat and electricity, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and reducing PM10 emissions. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie prac termomodern. budynku mieszkalnego położonego przy ul. 1 Maja 64 (dz. 106/22, obr 2) w Ornecie. ?Projekt zakłada wykonanie prac termomodern. zgodnie z projektem budowl. (zał. nr 5 do wniosku). Zakres projektu obejmuje docieplenie: ścian zewnętrznych podłużnych budynku, stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, stropów piwnic, wymianę okienek piwnicznych, okien w pralni i suszarni, rozbiór ścianki z pustaków szklanych na klatkach schodowych, wymianę drzwi na stolarkę energooszcz., kompleksowy remont balkonów (koszt niekwalifik.),moderniza. instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., usunięc. docieplenia ścian osłonowych (ze wzg. na zły stan tech.), następnie remont ścian zew. i cokołu budynku, wykonanie parapetów zew. z blachy powlekanej, wymianę jednego wyłazu dachowego na kompletny systemowy, jeden wyłaz do likwidacji, malowanie ścian farbami silikonowymi, wykończenie ościeża, montaż opraw z czujnikami ruchu - 36 szt., wykonaniu instalacji elektry. wraz z przewod. - 54 punkty. Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania wszystkich zdiagnozowanych problemów kluczowych interesariuszy w obszarze objętym projektem. Roboty rozpoczną?? się? w I kw. 2018 r. a zakończą? w I kw. 2019 r. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez doświadczony zespół obejmujący pracowników spółdzielni w składzie: kierownik projektu, główna księgowa, za nadzór nad techniczną realizacją inwestycji odpowiadać´´ będzie Prezes Spółdzielni posiadająca wykształcenie wyższe techniczne w zakresie budownictwa lądowego. W I kw. 2017 r. dokonano zgłoszenia robót budowlanych na prace objęte projektem. W I kw. 2018 r. zostanie wyłoniony wykonawca robót budowlanych. Projekt wpisuje się?? w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, bezpośrednio w cel poddziałania 4.3.2: Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu zwiększy się?? efektywność energetyczna budynku poprzez oszczędność energii cieplnej i elektrycznej, spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych i spadek emisji pyłów PM10.
