The project will lead to the improvement of certain processes: marketing, logistics, customer relationship management, quality management, health and safety control, personnel management, supply. The economic effect of the project will be to: reducing costs, increasing labour efficiency, increasing revenues, improving the quality of services/products, reducing the time-consuming nature of the processes. The changes introduced by the new text include: 1. Pre-implementation audit 2. A Storage/Sale System 3. Financial and accounting system 4. Payroll system (5). Inventory of fixed assets and depreciation of 6. Spreading additional to WAPRO 7. Post-entry care 8. Installation of systems, bench training 9. Integrated Company Management 10. Inwestycja polega na wdrożeniu systemu informatycznego poprzez zakup oprogramowania i prace wdrożeniowe wewnątrz budynku przez Cukiernia Jana Jan Staniszewski zlokalizowanej przy ul. Szosa do Świętajna 6, 19-400 Olecko, nr działki 58/1. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi usprawnienie pewnych procesów: marketing, logistyka, zarządzanie relacjami z klientami, zarządzanie jakością, kontrola BHP, zarządzanie kadrami, zaopatrzenie. Ekonomicznym efektem realizacji projektu będzie: zmniejszenie kosztów, wzrost efektywności pracy, zwiększenie przychodów, poprawa jakości usług/produktów, zmniejszenie czasochłonności procesów.
