Hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää Hyötyvirran kiertotalousekosysteemin toimintaympäristöä ja palveluja pk-yritysten hyödyksi ja edistää siten alueen yritysten kasvua ja kansainvälistymisen edellytyksiä. Hankkeessa rakennetaan pk-yrityksiä tukevien palvelujen ja sisältöjen kokonaisuutta alueen ekosysteemin kehittämiseksi, kehitetään yhdessä yritysten kanssa rahoittajia tai investoreita kiinnostavia konsepteja ja kehityshankkeita pilotoitavaksi Hyötyvirran alueella, lisätään yhteistyötä rahoittajien ja tukiorganisaatioiden suuntaan ja rakennetaan näiden kanssa pysyvät toimintamallit yritysten aktivointia ja sparrausta varten, houkutellaan uusia toimijoita ja investoreita mukaan yhteistyöhön sekä lisätä alueellista, kansallista ja kansainvälistä näkyvyyttä ekosysteemin tarjoamalle.
