Hankkeessa tutkitaan, kehitetään ja testataan kotihoidon ja kiinteistöhoidon työtä tukevia sensoreita, analysointiympäristöjä sekä näihin perustuvia ratkaisuja. Hankkeessa kehitetään Vesration Älykäs Muki -prototyyppi. Hankkeessa on myös tarkoitus koota asiakasymmärrystä asiakaskohtaamisista ja asiakkaiden palautteista.Kehitystyössä huomioidaan pilottiyhteistyössä saatujen palautteiden pohjalta SOTE-asiakaskunnan erityispiirteet ja käyttötottumukset. Yritys on tehnyt pilottihankkeen, jossa on kehitetty yrityksen ymmärrystä hankkeen toiminnan kohteena olevien asiakkaiden käyttäjien sukupuolista ja käyttötottumuksista. (Finnish)
