The project is addressed to the Economic and Commercial Schools Group in Olsztyn and to teachers who will be in the start of the profession. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia uczennic i uczniów na lokalnym i regionalnym rynku pracy. W ramach projektu podjęte zostaną następujące działania: - wprowadzenie nowego kierunku kształcenia - technik grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej, - przygotowanie kadry pedagogicznej do nauczania w tym zawodzie poprzez organizację szkoleń, kursów i studiów podyplomowych, - doposażenie szkoły w środki i materiały dydaktyczne. Projekt jest skierowany do Zespołu Szkół Ekonomiczno-Handlowych w Olsztynie oraz nauczycieli, którzy będą uczyli w uruchamianym zawodzie. Z efektów projektu skorzystają: szkoła, która wzbogaci swoją ofertę edukacyjną, młodzież, która będąc absolwentami tego kierunku będzie lepiej przygotowana do podjęcia pracy oraz pracodawcy, którzy zyskają wykwalifikowanego zgodnie ze swymi potrzebami pracownika. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie utworzony nowy kierunek kształcenia, zostanie przygotowana kadra naucz. - specjalistów przedmiotów zawodowych; zostanie wyposażona szkoła w sprzęt, który będzie wykorzystywany na lekcjach przedmiotów zawodowych; w szkole powstaną nowe pracownie, które ułatwia organizację procesu nauczania.
