Hankkeen tavoitteena on selvittää toimenpiteet, joilla Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla tapahtuneen rakennemuutoksen jälkeisessä tilanteessa lisätään PK-yritysten, eri tieteenalojen tutkijoiden ja julkisten toimijoiden yhteistoimintaa kilpailukykyisten tuotteiden kehittämiseksi vesialan kv-markkinoille. Hankkeessa 1) tunnistetaan vesialan kv- markkinoille suunnattujen tuotteiden ja palveluiden kehittämiseen kykenevät ja motivoituneet yritykset sekä niiden sidosryhmät, 2) vahvistetaan ekosysteemin toimijoiden yhteistyötä sekä 3) määritellään operatiivinen malli ekosysteemien toiminnalle siten, että erityisesti Pohjois-Pohjanmaan pk -yritykset kytketään kansainväliseen vesiliiketoimintaan. Hanke parantaa erityisesti PK-yritysten kilpailukykyä, kasvattaa liikevaihtoa ja kv-liiketoimintaa. (Finnish)
