Satakunta Entrepreneurs want to help entrepreneurs improve their competitiveness and find competitive advantages. According to the feedback received from our members and according to our research, success in the changing operating environment has become more challenging than before. We believe that peer support and mentoring can improve competitiveness and thus create new growth, new investments and new jobs. To enable this, we aim to create a new, easy-to-use and provincial platform for those looking for and offering peer support and mentoring. Our goal is to provide a platform where a mentoring person can easily find a mentor that suits his needs. A new approach can provide peer-to-peer support at all stages of a company’s life cycle, in line with user needs. Mentoring services would be categorised according to activity and skills needs, e.g. finance, sales, marketing, productisation and service concept, quality management, etc. Mentors will provide the service package defined in the project free of charge to the mentors, so the service is free of charge for the end user. Mentors can utilise a variety of mentors to develop their competitiveness. The project will create a new regional meeting platform, map the area’s mentors by area of expertise, define the service promises of mentoring and ensure the reachability of the new operating model. The platform is open and publicly accessible to all individuals and companies. Our goal is to establish the operating model as a permanent part of public business services, in accordance with the customer feedback systematically collected after the project period. Satakunnan Yrittäjät haluaa auttaa yrittäjiä parantamaan kilpailukykyään ja löytämään kilpailuetujaan. Jäsenistöltämme saadun palautteen sekä tutkimustemme mukaan muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä menestyminen on muuttunut haastavammaksi kuin aiemmin. Uskomme, että vertaistuella ja mentoroinnilla kilpailukykyä voi parantaa ja täten synnyttää uutta kasvua, uusia investointeja sekä uusia työpaikkoja.Tämän mahdollistamiseksi tavoitteenamme on luoda uusi, helppokäyttöinen ja maakunnallinen alusta vertaistukea ja mentorointia etsiville ja tarjoaville. Tavoitteenamme on tarjota alusta, jolla mentorointiapua etsivä voi löytäää helposti tarpeeseensa soveltuvan mentorin. Uudenlaisella toimintamallilla voidaan tarjota vertaistukea yrityksen elinkaaren kaikkiin vaiheisiin käyttäjätarpeiden mukaisesti. Mentorointipalvelut luokiteltaisiin toiminto- ja osaamistarpeiden mukaisesti, esim. talousasioihin, myyntiin, markkinointiin, tuotteistamiseen ja palvelukonseptointiin, laadunhallintaan jne. Mentorit tuottavat hankkeessa määriteltävän palvelupaketin veloituksetta mentoroitaville, joten palvelu on loppukäyttäjälle maksuton. Mentoroitava voi hyödyntää monipuolisesti useampaa mentoria kilpailukykynsä kehittämiseksi. Hankkeessa synnytetään uusi, maakunnallinen kohtaamisalusta, kartoitetaan alueen mentorit osaamisalueittain, määritetään mentoroinnin palvelulupaukset sekä varmistetaan uuden toimintamallin tavoittettavuus.Alusta on avoin ja julkinen sekä kaikkien yksityishenkilöiden että yritysten hyödynnettävissä.Tavoitteenamme on vakiinnuttaa toimintamalli pysyväksi osaksi julkisia yrityspalveluita myös hankeajan jälkeen systemaattisesti kerätyn asiakaspalautteen mukaisesti. Tuloksena satakuntalaisten yrittäjien kilpailykyky vahvistuu ja syntyy uusia työpaikkoja ja investointeja. (Finnish)
