Teknistä tukea käytetään rahoitus- ja maksatustehtävien henkilöstökuluihin, näiden tehtävien hoitamiseen liittyviin matkakustannuksiin, ostopalveluihin, viestintään ja muihin kuluihin. Lisäksi sitä käytetään maakunnan yhteistyöryhmän kokouksiin liittyviin kuluihin.
