The support for early childhood care will allow min.90 % of the target, i.e. min.11 people who are working to return to work after a break linked to maternity or parental leave, and min.11 people with no or inactive workers to be active in the labour market, which will be investigated to 4 crucibles. The creation of a new crèche will give an opportunity to increase by 24 places (11K, 13M) for childcare up to the 3s in the city of Starachowice, where the number of available care places is lower than the identified needs. Proj.skierowany jest do 31os.(28,3M), zamieszk.powiat starach. woj.świętok., kt.są w wieku aktywności zawod., sprawują opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 i chcą powrócić bądź aktywnie wejść na rynek pracy. Poprzez utworzenie i funkcjon.żłobka, w którym zapewniona zostanie profesjonalna i fachowa opieka dla 24 dzieci, zrealizowane zostaną cele szczegółowe proj: zwiększenie poziomu aktywności zawod.i zatrud.wśród osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz zwiększenie liczby miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Wsparcie w zakresie opieki nad małymi dziećmi pozwoli bowiem min.90% gr.docel., tj. min.11 osobom pracującym na powrót do pracy po przerwie związanej z urlopem macierzyńskim lub rodzicielskim, zaś min.11 osobom bezrob.lub nieaktywnym zawod.-na podjęcie aktywności na rynku pracy, co badane będzie do 4 tyg.po zakończeniu realiz.proj. Utworzenie nowego żłobka da szansę zwiększenia o 24 miejsca (11K,13M) opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 na terenie miasta Starachowice, gdzie liczba dostępnych miejsc opieki jest niższa niż zidentyfikowane zapotrzebowania na te miejsca.
