IoT Instruments Oy tutkii ja kehittää terveysteknologiaa. "Ratkaisu lääkkeiden lämpötilan seurantaan" -hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää tuote, joka auttaa potilasta hänen arkielämässään sekä loma- ja työmatkoilla.Tuotteen ansiosta lääke- ja potilasturvallisuus paranee, ja lääkehoitoon sitoutuminen vahvistuu. Potilaan elämänlaatu paranee, kun potilaan käyttämät äärilämpötiloille arat lääkkeet eivät turhaan rajoita potilaan arkielämää. Hankkeessa tuotteistetaan ratkaisu lääkkeiden turvalliseen säilytykseen ja kuljettamiseen, johon kuuluu anturi-elektroniikka integroituna lääkelaukkuun, mobiili-applikaatio ja pilvipalvelu. Hankkeen aikana on tarkoitus käynnistää tutkimusyhteistyö OYS:n neurologian klinikan kanssa. Hankkeeseen osallistuu myös kansainvälinen lääkeyhtiö. (Finnish)
