Hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää erittäin kustannustehokas menetelmä nestebulkkituotteiden varastoinnissa käytettävien säiliöiden puhdistamiseen ja turva-altaiden pinnoittamiseen. Hankkeessa toteutetaan seuraavat toimenpiteet:1. liiketoimintamallin ja immateriaalioikeuksien omistamisen liittyvien suhteiden määrittäminen ja sopiminen toimijoiden kesken2. tuotantomenetelmien ja teknologioiden suunnittelutyö ja havainnollistaminen3. innovaatioiden suojaaminen 4. tuotedemonstraation toteuttaminen ja pilotoiminen tuotantoympäristössä5. lisensointimallin tuottaminen.Hankkeen tuloksena syntyy uusi tuotantokonsepti nestebulkkituotteiden varastoinnissa käytettävien säiliöiden puhdistamiseen ja turva-altaiden pinnoittamiseen.
