Hankkeessa Metaoppi, metallialan oppimisympäristön kehittämishankkeessa nostetaan alan ammattilaisten osaamistasoa luomalla innovatiivinen oppimisympäristö. Tavoitteena on luoda nykyaikaset puitteet oppimisympäristölle, mikä tukee metallialan kannattavaa kasvua, laadun ja tehokkuuden parantamista lisäämällä alan työntekijöiden osaamista alueellamme. Hankkeella edistetään teknologian käyttöönottoa ja yritysten alihankinnan kehittämistä. Hankkeessa edistetään verkostoitumista metallialan toimijoiden kesken. Uuden oppimisympäristön kehittäminen edesauttaa opetuksen vetovoimaisuuden lisäämistä.Toimenpiteenä hankitaan ajanmukaiset koneet ja laitteet. Hankkeessa metallialan työympäristön kehittämis- ja hallintajärjestelmän avulla nostetaan metallialan työntekijöiden tietoisuutta työturvallisuudesta, materiaalitehokkuuden merkitystä yrityksen tuottavuudelle, laadulle ja ympäristönsuojelulle. Samalla oppimisympäristöstä muodostuu nykyistä selkeästi enemmän teollisuuden tyypillistä työympäristöä vastaava. Em. asioiden nostamisella osaksi jokapäiväistä opiskelua voidaan luoda nykyaikaista laatu-, turvallisuus- ja ympäristöajattelua opiskelijoiden keskuudessa ja siten luodaan heille edellytyksiä olla mukana luomassa ja kehittämistä vastaavaa toimintakulttuuria myös yrityksissä. Oppimisympäristön kehittämisprojekti mahdollistaa metallialan aikuiskoulutuksen käynnistämisen ammattiopistossa (IW-hitsauskoulutukset, CNC-koneistus, robottiohjelmointi). (Finnish)

In the project Methope, a project to develop a learning environment in the field of metals, raises the level of competence of professionals in the field by creating an innovative learning environment. The aim is to create a modern framework for the learning environment, which will support the profitable growth, quality and efficiency of the metal industry by increasing the skills of its employees in our region. The project will promote the uptake of technology and the development of subcontracting of enterprises. The project promotes networking among metal players. The development of a new learning environment will help to increase the attractiveness of teaching. The measure is to acquire up-to-date machines and equipment. In the project, the development and management of the working environment in the metal sector raises the awareness of metal workers about occupational safety, the importance of material efficiency for the company’s productivity, quality and environmental protection. At the same time, the learning environment is clearly more in line with the typical working environment of industry. By making these issues part of everyday learning, it is possible to create a modern approach to quality, safety and the environment among students and thus create opportunities for them to participate in creating and developing a culture that is equivalent to development in companies as well. The project to develop the learning environment enables the start of adult education in the metal field in the vocational college (IW welding trainings, CNC machining, robot programming). (English)
