The aim of the development project is to launch a new healthcare service concept using mobile technology to meet the biggest challenge facing the health sector: How do you influence the patient’s/client’s health behaviour and the choices made outside of reception time? Kehityshankkeen tavoitteena lanseerata uusi mobiiliteknologiaa hyödyntävä terveysalan palvelukonsepti, vastaamaan terveysalan suurimpaan haasteeseen: Miten vaikuttaa potilaan/asiakkaan terveyskäyttäytymiseen ja siihen millaisia valintoja vastaanottoajan ulkopuolella tehdään? Hankkeen aikana kehitetään mobiiliteknologiaa hyödyntävä palvelukonsepti terveysalan ammattilasten ja heidän asiakkaidensa käyttöön. Tavoitteena on rakentaa toimintatapa, jonka tarkoituksena on tiivistää terveysalan ammattilaisen ja asiakkaan välistä vuorovaikutusta ja mahdollistaa näin tehokkaampi terveyspalvelujen toteutus, samalla pyrkien pois tilanteesta, jossa potilas tuntee jäävänsä hoidossaan yksin. Samalla tarjotaan terveysalan ammattilaisille avaimet asiakkaiden terveyskäyttäytymiseen vaikuttamiseen. (Finnish)
