Hankkeessa kehitetään Freshwind Oy:lle uudentyyppinen ja energiatehokkas kostutus- ja palonsuojausjärjestelmä. Tuotteella mahdollistetaan esimerkiksi lisääntyvän ikääntyvän väestön asuminen kotonaan pidempään lisääntyvän asumisturvallisuuden johdosta. Järjestelmä parantaa myös ilman laatua ja asumismukavuutta merkittävästi, millä on terveysvaikutuksia kaikille, erityisesti heikosta ilmanlaadusta kärsiville (ikääntyvät, allergikot).Järjestelmä on ainutlaatuinen aikaisempiin markkinoilla oleviin verrattuna, sillä se yhdistää kostutuksen ja palonsuojauksen sekä adiabaattisen jäähdytyksen.
