Projekt dla 1200 osób (660 K, 540 M) pracujących, po 25 roku życia z woj. śląskiego, należących do grup defaworyzowanych, w tym min. 240 osób (120 K, 120 M) po 50 roku życia i min. 600 osób (330 K, 270 M) o niskich kwalifikacjach. Celem projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych osób pracujących należących do grup defaworyzowanych, poprzez uczestnictwo w kursach w zakresie kompetencji językowych i cyfrowych w okresie 1.05.2016-28.02.2019 r. Uczestnicy projektu wezmą udział w kursach językowych (w zakresie j. angielskiego / niemieckiego / francuskiego) prowadzących do uzyskania kompetencji zg. z CEFR oraz szkoleniach TIK prowadzących do uzyskania kompetencji informatycznych zg. ze standardem DIGCOMP. W ramach projektu 960 uczestników (528K, 432M) uzyska certyfikat zewnętrznym potwierdzający kompetencje językowe na danym poziomie CEFR oraz tyle samo (960os.: 528K, 432M) uzyska certyfikat zewnętrzn ECCC DIGCOMP potwierdzający kompetencje informatyczne w danych obszarach DIGCOMP.
