Support based on a comprehensive diagnosis approved on 10.04.2018 by the Leading Authority to 237os. (131K/106M) which, without being part of the project, have the least chances of resolving the problems: they have limited access to high quality education and are from rural areas. The target groups are: — 200 Notes (U) 100K/100M of the Primary School (SP) in Okki, aged 6-15, and diagnosed with deficits in key competences, i.e. MST and relevant entrepreneurial and learning attitudes/skills and competences — 34N 28K/6M SP in Oksa, with a higher score, diagnosed with a low level of knowledge of modern teaching methods and modern ICT technologies. — SP in Opole with a poorly equipped ICT and teaching base. The main aim is to improve the quality and attractiveness of the offer of education by raising the competences of 200Ucz and 34N with SP in Oksa, as regards the basis of general education, through the provision of additional activities and training and the provision of additional teaching equipment and materials in Oksa municipality by 01.01.2019 to 30.06.2020: 1. Retrofitting of the facility with modern teaching materials and ICT tools, for the staff concerned. 2. Training for N-raising the competences of modern teaching methods and digital competences. 3. Methodology and digital support for N. 4. Educational activities for U. 5. Maths and cognitive activities for U., the project will increase key U-competences to better prepare for the labour market. As well as an increase in the capacity and competences of N, who will be able to use the project to carry out their own activities, as well as to learn more years. Wsparcie oparte na kompleksowej diagnozie, zatwierdzonej dnia 10.04.2018 r. przez organ prowadzący, skierowane do 237os. (131K/106M), które bez udziału w projekcie mają najmniejsze szanse na rozwiązanie dotykających je problemów: mają ograniczony dostęp do wysokiej jakości edu. oraz pochodzą z obsz. gm. wiejskiej. Grup docelową stanowią: -200 Uczniów(U) 100K/100M Szkoły Podstawowej(SP) w Oksie, w wieku 6-15 lat, ze zdiagnozowanymi deficytami w zakresie kluczowych kompetencji, tj. matematycznych i przyrodniczych oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności w zakresie przedsiębiorczości i uczenia się oraz kompetencji społ. -34N 28K/6M SP w Oksie, z wykszt. wyższym, zdiagnozowaną niską znajomością nowoczesnych metod edu. i nowoczesnych technologii TIK. -SP w Oksie ze słabo wyposażoną bazą narzędzi TIK oraz materiałów dydaktycznych. Celem głównym jest podniesienie jakości i atrakcyjności oferty edu. poprzez podniesienie kompetencji 200Ucz i 34N z SP w Oksie, w zakresie podstawy kształcenia ogólnego, dzięki realizacji dodatkowych zajęć i szkoleń oraz doposażenie SP w nowoczesny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne na terenie Gminy Oksa w terminie od 01.01.2019 r. do 30.06.2020 r. Działania: 1. Doposażenie placówki w nowoczesne materiały dydaktyczne i narzędzia TIK, pracownie przedmiotowe. 2. Szkolenia dla N-podnoszące kompetencje z zakresie nowoczesnych metod dydaktycznych i kompetencji cyfrowych. 3. Wsparcie metodyczno-cyfrowe dla N. 4. Zajęcia edukacyjne dla U. 5. Zajęcia matematyczno-poznawcze oraz przyrodniczo-poznawcze dla U. Efektem działań w projekcie będzie wzrost kompetencji kluczowych U, dzięki czemu zostaną lepiej przygotowani do potrzeb rynku pracy. Jak również podniesienie umiej. i kompetencji N, którzy będą wykorzystywać zarówno ucząc w ramach projektu, do prowadzenia własnych zajęć przedmiotowych, a także ucząc kolejne roczniki.
