All persons covered by the service and care services will also be able to participate at the same time as participants in the senior club, which will be complementary to the objective of preventing the isolation and isolation of older people. Celem projektu jest zbudowanie systemu wsparcia dla osób niesamodzielnych 60+ oraz ich otoczenia. Projekt skierowany jest do osób niesamodzielnych 60+ i ich otoczenia z gmin: Tychy, Kobiór, Bieruń, Lędziny,Bojszowy,Imielin, Chełm Śląski. W ramach projektu realizowane będą: - usługi asystentury dla ON - wsparcie w formie usług opiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania z wykorzystaniem teleopieki - dzienne usługi opiekuńcze prowadzone w klubie seniora - 30 miejsc - wsparcie dla opiekunów faktycznych w formie warsztatów, szkoleń, poradnictwa - centrum wolontariatu Wsparciem objętych zostanie min. 80 osób w ciągu 34 miesięcy. Przyznanie danych form wsparcia zależne będzie od zdiagnozowanych potrzeb uczestników. Klub seniora otwarty będzie 5 dni w tygodniu przez 5h dziennie. Wszystkie osoby objęte usługą asyst. i usługami opiekuńczymi będą mogły być równocześnie uczestnikami klubu seniora, co będzie działaniem komplementarnym mając na celu przeciwdziałanie osamotnieniu i izolacji osób starszych.
