As regards soft competences, this objective is to address barriers to communication in the language, promote teamwork and cooperation and develop lifelong learning competences. An extremely important part of what is being done is to provide the participants with practical knowledge of the labour market and competences to function properly in the future. (English) | |||

Projekt dotyczy polepszenia kompetencji matematycznych, językowych, przyrodniczych i informatycznych uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej w Koziegłowach.Obejmie 130 uczniów (75dz/75ch) oraz 20 nauczycieli(18k/.2m). Placówka zlokalizowana jest w mieście Koziegłowy (do 5 tys. mieszkańców) w powiecie myszkowskim. Priorytetem Wnioskodawcy jest wzrost zaangażowania uczniów w proces edukacyjny, rozwijanie talentów i pasji poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnych metod nauczania opartych na TIK co będzie skutkowało poprawą osiąganych wyników. W zakresie kompetencji miękkich cel to zniwelowanie barier dotyczących komunikacji w języku ang., promowanie pracy zespołowej i współpracy oraz kształtowanie kompetencji uczenia się przez całe życie. Niezwykle ważnym elementem podejmowanych działań jest wyposażenie uczestników w praktyczną wiedzę dotyczącą rynku pracy i kompetencje pozwalające na nim prawidłowo funkcjonować w przyszłości.
