Jaroszowickiej 113 w Tychach,od pon. do pt. przez 10 godz. dziennie, usługi świadczone nieodpłatnie.Planowany projekt zawiera zwiększenie dostępności poprzez otwarcie kolejnych 10 miejsc, w tym włączenie dzieci z powikłaniami wcześniactwa, wymagających szczególnego wsparcia.Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.07.2019 do 30.06.2021 r. Centrum Opieki Dziennej to jedna z nielicznych specjalistycznych w Pl placówek wsparcia dziennego.Uczestnikami będą dzieci, które: - mają orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności, - są nieuleczalnie chore, - pochodzą z rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, oraz ich opiekunowie, którzy będą brać udział w szkoleniach w celu podniesienia jakości opieki nad nieuleczalnie chorymi dziećmi. Cel projektu: rozwój usług zdrowotnych świadczonych dla dzieci nieuleczalnie chorych i ich najbliższego otoczenia, zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu (Polish)
